You will have the entire top-level of the home (lower is not used/storage only). The home has 3 bedrooms – two of them with King size beds, TVs and ceiling fans! New beautiful kitchen and living room, plus 2 porches to relax outside! You will have a covered parking space, plus extra parking, great for larger vehicles.

The space
Upon arrival during the day you’ll be greeted by the sounds of chirping birds outside welcoming you to your getaway in the country, or at night you’ll be greeted by all the stars in the galaxy. This recently updated home has 3 large bedrooms to allow everyone to have their own space.

The 2 larger bedrooms feature plush King size beds, ceiling fans, and TVs in each room, ceiling fans with adjustable lighting, and one of the rooms has an en-suite half bathroom (toilet and sink). The third bedroom has 2 twin-size beds and is a perfect space for the kids.

The well-appointed living room has a cozy faux fireplace and seating space for everyone.

The recently updated kitchen has a wrap-around eat-in countertop as well as a kitchen table and chairs for 6.

You can park right by the side door entrance and there is space for up to 4 vehicles to park.

Guest access
Guests will enter from the side porch of the home (right by where you park). The guests will have the entire home to themselves – we do occasionally need to access the property to get items from the detached garage (not accessible by guests) or for lawn care, but we try to avoid during guest stays and will let you know if this is necessary during your stay.

Other things to note
This home is on a septic tank and well water system. Please observe requirements for septic system by not disposing of any items other than human waste in the toilets.
