I have taken pride in doing all the work on this home myself and made it into a beautiful home for my family to live in and make wonderful memories in, but we outgrew the home and I am now offering it as a furnished rental. I hope you will enjoy your stay here and make memories with your friends and family as well.

When you enter the home you’ll find the living room, and 3 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs.

Entry level bedrooms have the following arrangements: 2x Queen Bed and one Full size Bed (slightly smaller than a Queen). The full bathroom is in the hallway with beautiful tile surrounding the tub and plenty of storage.

As you move to the downstairs you’ll find a modern well-appointed kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, gas oven and microwave, as well as a beautiful stone accent wall in the dining room area.

The largest bedroom is also on this level with a Queen size bed, built-in desk, and a smaller room attached to the bedroom (no separate door but there is a divider curtain) that has another Twin bed. There is also a portable crib (pack & play).

The second full bathroom is directly outside of the bedroom and has a beautiful tile shower. The washer and dryer is also on this level.

The dining room, as well as the fourth bedroom, have doors that walk out to the wrap around flagstone patio area. With outdoor furniture including a porch swing, sitting space, and a table and chairs for dining – an outdoor lover will enjoy the shade of this space in the mornings and the warmth of the sun in the afternoons.

The entire yard is fenced in so children or dogs will have a safe area to play outdoors.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only (without windows or doors open). Pet waste as well as any smoking materials must be picked up and discarded by the guest or additional cleaning charge will apply.
